There are two sizes small and large, smaller sizes are for teenagers, light flow or low cervix post birth and larger sizes recommend for women post birth or heavy flow. As we are all different you will need to decide on whats right for you.

When inserting ensure you follow the diagram that shows you how to fold the cup for insertion this needs to be done correctly to allow the cup to open up correctly and prevent leakage and also for comfort on insertion.
